You really do a wonderful job of making people feel comfortable with you and creating a safe space in which they can ask anything. It's admirable how you get so much input across in such a short time (exciting!) and always have a smile on your face. Chapeau!

Lara is the best Pilates instructor, I was so happy that I was able to do the training with her. I took so much with me, soaked up the knowledge. The training helped me to understand my body better and I won't be so strict with it anymore. I'm grateful for the honest assessment of the practical exam, I can grow and develop from it. Very valuable for me and my future (plans). The material was taught very professionally, it was a lot of fun to learn and develop in this area. Nothing was missing. The script was very well prepared, contained a lot of information and the homework helped me to stay focused.

I particularly liked the fact that we were able to immerse ourselves so deeply in the world of Pilates in such a short time. The mixture of practice and theory was perfectly planned. Lara bundled her incredible knowledge well and passed it on to us in the best possible way!
